Excellent stay – friendly staff, great food. The guy on reception when we checked in was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and tourist attractions. Only one minor fault, the bathroom was too hot on arrival but no big deal. Will definitely be back next time we visit York. Thank you to all the staff including housekeeping and kitchen.
