Thank you for a nice relaxing stay, the room was lovely. The meals were beautiful and could not be faulted – excellent food at a reasonable price! All of the staff we encountered were all nice, friendly and willing to help. After reading a few bad reviews on trip advisor I was very weary of booking but I can definitely say we would come back here if we were coming to York again! Tassimo, complimentary mini bar and chocolates were a nice added extra.
